Take a personal retreat from your busy schedule. Look at something of beauty and know you have your own inner beauty that can radiate from the inside out. Quiet your mind and your mouth. Listen to the still small voice within. Draw peace, tranquility, and a sense of well being to you as you relax, release amd let go. All is well! And so it is!

Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.  Wayne Dyer

Looking to the hip hop generation, we want to encourage them by providing information, skills and tools needed for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A healthy self is at the core of a healthy community. To have a food ethic, one has to have a land ethic. Graffiti and Grub is about reclaining SOUL FOOD by reclaiming the land of our ancestors. Graffiti and Grub reconnects all people to the land though developing a food culture.
